Bing chases Google with street view, Win Mobile app

Microsoft caught Google now significantly expanding the search capabilities Bing, especially for maps. A beta version of Silverlight Version of Bing Maps now includes a more developed overlays Streetside view, like Google Street View panorama photos showing the locations of field with the road layout and the ability to navigate the world of clicks. Bing approach, however, brings 3D photos right perspective and now has a gallery application that allows you to combine data in the light of geo plants, RSS or Twitter as local blogs.

It also provides an improved view Bird’s Eye, which uses 3D models in the current view to give an urban and natural landscapes. Photosynth galleries, simple routes, weather and other features have also been added.

The whole experience requires a browser that can use Silverlight, including non-Microsoft browsers like Firefox or Safari. AJAX version provides support to other sites, but loses a lot of new features.

At the same time, Microsoft also said it has developed a better search application for Windows Mobile Bing. Although it shares a strong resemblance to Google Mobile App to support voice commands for search, which quickly has automatic locator map to find directions and with equal emphasis on responses to pure performance. Other applications are coming, but so far Microsoft has delivered a web access to users of the iPhone.
