Lenovo today launch an update to its ThinkPad X300 series that shows the response of the second-largest maker of PC for the MacBook Air. The X301 is developed in the previous model by Centrino 2-era ultra-low voltage Core 2 Duo processors to speed while extending battery life in the old system, which uses a custom watch less the same processor system used in Apple. Clock speeds are unknown, but the leak before including both 1.6 GHz and 1.83 GHz, regardless of speed, the system must perform about 20 percent faster than the original X300, Lenovo claims.

The new version of the ultra-thin 13.3-inch also adds the option of a 128GB drive in solid and add DisplayPort without removing VGA, which feeds the system not only with digital displays up to 2560×1600, but the option of two monitors without external add-ons.
