Thinnest LCD TV

LG Display is currently implementing what we consider to be the thinnest ever LCD panel for TV to date. The 42-inch panel is only 0.1 cm thick (2.6 mm) and accomplishes the feat with an LED backlight illumination device, a new optical film and other techniques. At the same time, I get a native resolution of 1080p and is compatible with a refresh rate of 120 Hz to increase the detail and to reduce blurring in fast action video.
