Nexus One

Google’s Nexus One semi-secret mobile phone has been more or less leaked complete at the time, with very few cats to let out the bag. The only two main points of the left were the technical characteristics and the release date – and now, even those who have made their exit.

Our friends over Engadget just had a conversation with someone who might spill the beans – and were discharged. Not only share the spec sheet above, but also mentioned Google planning on selling the Nexus One in an invitation only come Jan. 5.

What exactly that means, we have no idea. Who gets an invitation? Certainly not Google employees – that have already the handsets. Experienced users of the application of Google? The members of the Android development community? Dudes named Greg who write about cell phones on the internet all day? Anyway, just Google opens sales for everyone soon.

Clearly, the unique features:

* 3.7 “WVGA AMOLED – must be the mind blowingly beautiful
* 119 mm high, thick 59.8 mm wide, 11.5 mm – thinner than a hair’s 3G iPhone
* 512 MB of RAM and 512 MB ROM, with up to 32 GB of storage via microSD (4GB in the box)
HSPA * 900 / 1700 / 2100 – EDGE will work in both T-Mo and AT & T, but T-Mobile’s 3G only
* 802.11n Wi-Fi
* 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash
* Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR
